HI….we should be carefull about the saving for our future so by the time we tried to get in again and again. But its very important to improve the envoirement of working departments.its good but there is so much work to do on it.

Just a comment on the “deal breaker” inspector fella. Although most agents might not like them I think they are some of the most underappreciated people in the housing industry. Their jobs can save many lives and can also save many people from buying a “dud” house.

I think the more detail oriented the inspector is, the better for the buyer but naturally, worst for the seller.

Welcome back. I wondered why the blog went silent.

A good inspector is worth their weight in gold. Ours found a problem with the casement window on the upper level. The problem could only be seen by climbing a ladder from the outside.

We got an estimate for replacement, and the sellers agreed to reduce the price by that amount.

Then the even better news – it took a while to track down the manufacturer of the window (the stamping machine had malfunctioned that day and hadn’t stamped the name on the window) … but when we went to order the windows, the told use that they’d replace them for free – in spite of the fact that they weren’t under warranty. We didn’t even ask for this – it was freely offered.
