At first I was going to say that using FHA for investment property is a big no-no since it’s meant to get people homes who can’t afford the huge downpayment and not for investors to take advantage of by extending their leverage. However, the “loophole” as you explained it Brandon is multi-family units. I never thought about that, but perhaps that’s because there aren’t any in my area. Good tip to keep in mind though.
