I have, quite frankly, gotten sick and tired of people using the excuse “due to the state of the economy” for EVERYTHING. Even if it doesn’t relate, people will use that.

Nope, you never have cared about customer service Comcast, why would you start now?

No, you just don’t want to.

I mean, look Mr. Retailer… I get that you don’t care about me even though you should. But don’t go throwing buzz words out there like it will impress me. Let’s just continue our relationship the way it was. The same can be said for people I talk to on a more personal level. But a lot of the times I can at least somewhat understand where the people are coming from… just not the companies.

Does anyone have any egregious examples of this tactic being used on them recently?
