Here are my 7 things:
- I played baseball in high school. I was a pitcher and could throw in the mid 80’s by freshman year. I had quite a good lineup of pitches. I really loved pitching, but my arm didn’t feel right (elbows and rotary cuff) so I never pushed myself on.
- I used to think getting a tan was considered an activity for a nice summer day. Now that I have wised up I wear spf 30 + when I spend a lot of time in the sun.
- From a young age I have been drawn to business. I would collect apples from my neighbors apple tree and sell them at a stand. What else was on the stand? Homemade lemonade, of course! I would rake leaves and shovel snow for neighbors, sometimes earning a measly $1 for hours of work. This entrepreneurial nature stayed alive. When I got to college I ran a painting business to pay my way through school.
- I would rather make less and be more satisfied with my career than earn a fortune.
- I prefer bars that are laid back. I also prefer bars that have pool tables. My parents house had a pool table growing up but I never perfected my skills.
- I have the most easy going girlfriend. It makes our relationship quite amazing.
- Eventually I see myself in a job that has to do with technology, supply chain, and consulting. That would be fun.

Great stuff! Baseball was huge at my high school (state champs and all that) and one of my good friends dated the star pitcher. I don’t know what his fastball was like, but he plays in the minors and sometimes gets pulled up to fill in for the Giants (I think it’s the Giants). Beyond that, baseball is one of the most boring sports in the world to me. Fun to play though.

NOOOOOO! I’ve been tagged! Whatever shall I do?
Heh, kidding. Good stuff, my friend. I did not know you were a baseball player (which, I suppose is the point of the blog). You definitely sound like a fun guy to hang around with, and I’m glad to learn more about you.
Good luck with your technologically supply-chain-related consulting job hunt!
